Aaron Komarek

Throughout his career, Aaron has focused on helping people achieve their goals. For nearly 30 years, he has worked in various coaching roles, beginning as a fitness and performance coach. He has worked with elite athletes, young athletes, and people from all walks of life.

 

He later transitioned into the medical device industry, where he coached and supported spine surgeons in the operating room, helping them improve performance and patient outcomes. Aaron now serves medical professionals focusing on their financial health. Implementing the same process that made him so successful in other coaching areas, he helps physicians achieve their life goals by creating financial balance, efficiency, and developing comprehensive plans to optimize wealth while being fully protected throughout life.  His methodology is rooted in education, constant communication, and ongoing coaching. 

 

Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Aaron moved to Tampa in 1996. Early in his career, he served as a Coach on Tony Dungy’s staff with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also coached with the St. Louis Blues and the University of South Florida. Beyond coaching, Aaron has served as CEO of two organizations, including a tax preparation company, and as Vice President of a medical device distributorship.

 

Aaron holds two master’s degrees, including an MBA from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching and playing ice hockey and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he has earned his Black Belt. He resides in Odessa with his wife, Tara, and their children, Augustus, Jonathan, Cade, and Raegan.
